A prototype "flying car" has been catching the attention of car lovers at the New York International Auto Show.
The car, made by US company Terrafugia can fly a distance of over 420 meters, staying in the air for 8 minutes. The "Terrafugia Transition" has 2 seats, 4 wheels and retractable wings. The company says the vehicle will be the first ever commercially available street-legal aeroplane in the US.
Prices for the "Terrafugia Transition" will start at 279, 000 US dollars when it hits the market next year. This year’s motor show also sees the launch of the new Chrysler SRT Viper, Nissan’s new Altima, and Chevrolet’s new Impala model.
