Check your UL follow up procedure, find out the description about the marking requirements.
If the description only says UL PGDQ2/PGJI2 is required and there is no requirement related with the manufacturer, just the label provider, then I think it's ok, but make sure that the 3M label is UL approved;
If your procedure indicates the manufacturer's name, then it's will not be ok, try to deliver this information to UL engineer, and make an additional evaluation about this change.
Finally, don't ship out this kind of products with the label changed until this change is evaluated and accepted by UL.... |
