Defect Details: The bassinet and seat assembly has steel pins on each side which have been reported to have fallen out in use. These pins do not have screw driver slot in the end. If the pins on both sides are no longer in place the bassinet/seat assembly is no longer locked in position and can rotate freely and may cause a child to fall out.
9 w6 T6 ?( c; D$ Y) c9 aConsumer action: Customers are urged to check their Peg Perego Skate bassinet/seat assembly to ensure that the pins are in place. If either one or both are missing then stop using the product. Even if the pins are still in place, a free repair kit will be offered. The kit includes two replacement pins and an instruction sheet. Alternatively a free repair can be arranged. To arrange for a repair kit or repair, contact Nursery Elegance on 1300 330 356 (9am to 5pm EST Summer Time) advising the catalogue number on the underside of the frame.
