本人是做电池行业的,公司以前留有几份电池EMC检测报告,出自于ETS(倒闭换马甲了),现公司需要我对报告进行更新。
7 W8 p5 O9 B" z7 L2 r# ~我大概咨询了一下检测机构,一般都会说电池CE认证要做EMC,LVD由于电压不在要求范畴也不需要做,在网上找了一下,确实很多同行都将电池送去做EMC检测。只有香港SGS公司说电池是不需要做EMC的。
. O K7 O/ [' ]后来我在官方找了一下资料,2004/108/EC Art (9) page 1表示如下:! }! j* o& V/ H; N$ p' r, ?

对于这个inherently benign 不是很了解,后又在guide of 2004/108/EC page 14中找到如下文:% J. w& d0 A: c, x V8 x

Equipment which is inherently benign in terms of electromagnetic # n# ?. C/ G r: E- g: x5 A

) N" o6 N# t( x+ DEquipment is considered inherently benign in terms of electromagnetic . E) c9 ^, Q) o1 k
compatibility if:
/ R+ F4 q5 U$ f* its inherent physical characteristics are such that it is incapable of
9 P# y% S2 G6 D2 {% } g2 Tgenerating or contributing to electromagnetic emissions which
* ]* A$ e, x2 j. {' `exceed a level allowing radio and telecommunications equipment
' U3 t# w7 v y0 K4 `. M# S) pand other equipment to operate as intended; and,
5 U5 V1 x6 W3 I* it will operate without unacceptable degradation in the presence of
3 f. N) F9 S$ y0 Q% cthe electromagnetic disturbance normally present in its intended 1 ~' S+ c# C0 Y$ E, v" ]: k

Both conditions need to be met in order to classify equipment as inherently
% C7 p4 t" \% }6 O" d7 S9 j/ ? g1 ^benign. 4 s- r ? c; t7 n {
The application of the above enables the exclusion of the following
, c# O' |+ {& A, {, ^# _equipment (not exclusive) from the application of the EMC Directive, : a( y. U I+ B6 Z( C' H

– Batteries and accumulators (without active electronic circuits); 8 A; ~0 U- o- k5 l- o9 X4 b
– Headphones, loudspeakers without amplification;

英文不是很好,但据我所知,从以上可以看到电池在(without active electronic circuits)的前提确实是不需要做CE EMC认证的,但为何检测机构却都说要做(骗钱?),而且同行很多也都去做那无意义、任何电池都能过的EMC认证?(骗中国消费者?)

( g# r Z* A R, I0 V) W请各位前辈能否详细解释下电池到底是否需要CE EMC认证?如果不需要,是否存在欧盟其他指令针对电池的(2006/66/EC及被其取代指令除外,这个一般都知道),如果没有的话,那电池是否不能印上CE标记? |
