你说的转印机是家用的吗？如果是用于生产的，就要考虑家电标准的适用性了。如果确为家庭或类似场合适使用，作为新品，可以在考虑通标原则的基础上自己定标准。

综合各位看法，我觉得这样做比较妥：只符合第1部分的产品、以及第2部分中没有规定怎么限制热发散的产品，如果本身没有明显的散热措施（比如没有散热风扇），就按11章的条件来做，不采取任何限制热散发的措施。

刚看了一下，电热器具的第2部分基本上都有说明限制热散发的方法，caballo3157的说法应该是正确的。
不过我在做卷发棒的时候，发现19.2里面有说明一些产品的限制热散发方法，但是没提到卷发棒。请问这时候应该怎么做19.2？

Restricted heat dissipation is obtained as follows:
– motors are disconnected;
– hand-held hairdryers are placed on the floor of the test corner in any stable position likely to occur;

Hairdryers having a flexible hood attachment are also tested with the motor operating, the airflow through the hose being restricted to give the most unfavourable result.

应该是从产品本身的结构去考虑怎样限制散热，如停掉散热风扇，而不是简单的处理。
