round pins, or a blade having a round shape (see figure 41b), with a diameter of 6 mm and an3 f& c- u: Q1 Z" V

The specimens are placed in position as shown in figure 41.& I% ^( x! S+ _
The force applied through the blade is 2,5 N.
9 e* p/ k p* e6 b+ {) e" BThe apparatus, with the specimen in position, is maintained for 2 h in a heating cabinet at a) Q) H4 v1 {' ~8 u0 ?4 U' g
temperature of (200 ± 5) °C.$ K5 y5 t8 J! T/ }+ {! S8 x Y% }
The specimen is then removed from the apparatus and, within 10 s, cooled by immersion in, K; a9 F2 I% ] X: x7 ~. h+ ^5 }

The thickness of the insulation remaining at the point of impression is measured and shall not \2 U. G# H7 u
have been reduced by more than 50 % of its original value measured at the start of the test.
