今天被问道一个RED指令问题，和大家分享。

IR devices operating solely at higher frequencies do not fall under the RED.

光速=波长*频率

我想在解答这个问题前，需要弄清楚RED指令的Scope是什么，指令Scope原文如下：
This Directive establishes a regulatory framework for the making available on the market and putting into service in the Union of radio equipment.

他是针对Radio equipment,那什么是radio equipment呢？指令也有定义如下，所以他们针对那些通过无线电波进行连接的设备，我想你的产品是红外的，应该不落入这个scope吧。
