-      University graduate or above of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;

-      Good knowledge of product safety requirements and failure mode, expertise in power unite design and evaluation.

-      Good knowledge of product safety management system, familiar with product safety control tools, expertise in product manufacturability assessment and safety critical control points planning and measurement system setting up.

-      Good knowledge and experiences on ISO9000, TS16949, FMEA, SPC and 6 sigma and their implementation.
