用IEC标准出货的暂时不受影响；用EN标准出货到欧盟的，要注意EN 60335-2-9虽然已经加回到LVD指令协调标准目录范围内，但有以下的限值条件，其中前两条讲的就是不允许用双倍限值+高温标贴的途径过表面温升。
