1：Climatic Category的要求是什么？通过什么实验来能过这个要求？
$ l" O, F  Y+ c* k" [! h4 K0 L- Z2：经过Climatic Category:40/100/21"这个要求后，是不是可以不用考虑光藕的内部爬电距离了（表示它已经通过了加强绝缘的要求了）？
