Based on OD-CB2020-Ed.1.7 Sub-clause 4.6.1., it is not allowed to use statements such as “OK”, “meets- ^& ~% P1 H4 l! ^$ f! k
the standard”, “more than”, “less than”, or similar instead of the measured value, unless otherwise+ g9 V; `: ?. S/ l8 q0 Q
specified by CTL.
* p3 S# z% q9 O& f" I. @2 PIn certain cases the required minimum value is exceeded by a great margin.6 e; H8 K- J9 K7 F, J1 K
Decision:
: u0 Z7 m& W! Z9 p: jIn case that the measured minimum or maximum value is exceeding or is below the limit value for; W/ F1 c) H1 Y+ I- r
more than 30%, the value given in the TRF should be >[minimum required value + 30%] or should
* W3 |/ ]5 g3 I; L* ybe < [maximum required value - 30%]. The accuracy of the used instruments is in line with CTL0 Y! L# j# E& {5 [) G
DSH 251B or better.- P" a5 ]5 |2 i
For example measurement of insulation resistance:

The value given in the TRF should be > 6.5 M.

- The current limit is 0.5 mA;

7 \$ t1 Y: E! S7 ~, A/ S( kThe following two situations are allowed:
6 F2 `1 j0 M1 W, g1 – The meter reading is less than the smallest measurable graduation on a meter scale. For
: u0 z4 y1 P( Cexample, touch current measured was less that 0.1 mA.
6 S  y7 r$ k8 K% B. s! d- ]2 – In checking creepage and clearance distances with a probe the same dimension as the
4 A; x$ {$ T+ Wrequirements. For example, creepage and clearance distances were greater than 0.8 mm.
