Both windings are wound on the same part of the bobbin and separated by 8 layers of, S9 N2 h) M2 X6 g7 b# u( w
insulation tape. The thickness of the tape is 0,05 mm which gives the distance through$ O/ q" W$ T$ A3 P# d$ h' T
insulation between primary and secondary windings close to the end of the bobbin at least+ L. T* L, ?5 R
0,4 mm. . The insulation tape has fringes and is depicted in the attached drawing. The& S! g+ R7 O3 o0 ~1 \. \" a
transformer is vacuum impregnated by AralditCW2245N.( C: V/ o, r; N8 j9 `8 Y
The transformer has passed the test of . 2.9.6 and 2.9.7 of IEC60950 with humidity testing
M$ H' D; x% a Zperformed at 40C. This means that tests performed (temperature cycling test, Hipot test
, y- S. Z4 ~9 }! W0 A5 ~6 h' kwith 3000x1,6Vac and sectioning after temperature cycling test) showed that there are no" {- }( y- `" |2 L( M6 K
voids nor cracks in the compund.
