Question: In the Foreword of the second edition of IEC/EN 61558-1 the following statement
occurs: “This new edition of Part 1 is only to be used in conjunction with parts 2
. P( b0 ?0 S, Z/ {# wbased on this edition. The Parts 2 contain clauses of this Part 1 in order to
provide the relevant requirements for each type of transformers”. However, only
