CE证书种类
CE当中，AOC， VOC， DOC， COC 证书有何不同？ 通常CE证书包含CE-LVD证书和CE-EMC证书。这些证书中有的机构细分为符合性证书或标志性证书。两者申请时的费用是不同的。标志性证书控制较严，费用偏高。 DOC is Declaration of ConformityCOC is Certification of Conformity

分的那么细,一般认证机构就知道了. What I understand is whatever you do all required tests by yourselves, or find a third party to do them, you must prepare a DOC finally for CE declaration, so in this case:
1. If all tests which used to support the CE declaration are done by yourselves, normally for lower level products, such as the EMC and LVD directives, then you can use those test data to support your own DOC;
2. If you don't have the test capabilities, then you need to find a third party to do all required tests, at this time, if still for lower level products, then this third party is not necessary to be a NB, in this case, you can use the third party's test data/report to support your own DOC;
3. Even for lower level products, you still can find an NB to do the tests, in this case, you can directly let the NB to declare CE for you, but in this case, they will charge you for the EC certificate fee, or they will issue COC to your company, then you still need to prepare your own CE DOC;
4. For some higher level products, such as ATEX, and medical directives, then in this case, a NB must be involved, and the NB can help you to do everything, anyway, the cost will be high.
..... 来学习了.不过楼上的全英文,看不懂 to Andy: GOOD! but what is the difference between the AOC and COC, VOC, ITS, SGS issue VOC, and TUV-RH issue COC, TUV-SUD,KEMA, BV issue AOC.. which one is high level. VOC should be lower as I know, but what about AOC and COC.
