灯具耐压问题

在LED灯具的设计中加入了防雷二极管,但是做电气强度试验到一定电压时就会超漏。厂家解释说灯具的防雷等级还高于耐压1500V。请问下各位,这个原理是什么!

You can
1. Check the surger protector's datasheet to check whether the dielectric performance is higher than the whole product's requirement, if not, I think it's the surge protector's issue;
2. Check if there are some capacitors with low voltage rating, if there are, disassemble them or change the test voltage from AC to DC;
3. Adjust the leakage current setting to higher level, but still within the standard's requirement;
4. If all above proves that there is still a problem when doing this test, then verify the products step by step, try to find out which section or which components can not fulfill the test's requirement, then solve it...
