fuse comply with IEC 60127 shall subject to the subclause 19.12.there is a current requirment. (if ok, no other additional tests needed)
and other components operated(break), can consider to be an intentionally weak part.
when this weak part are broken to comply with this standard, and it shall be become permanently open-circuit.
this test shall repeat on second sample, this test shall also statisfactorily completed.
that means you only need to test two times total.
but the protected device in the fixed wiring does not provide the necessary protection.
you can read the clause 19 of iec 335-1

CLS24.2似乎不能对压敏电阻进行判断。

一直对压敏电阻和热敏电阻的问题比较疑惑,高手这么多,就请教一下:
按说电阻都不属于电子元件,按照19.11.2中的要求压敏电阻应该可以不短路的,为什么压敏电阻要进行短路(貌似按照91版的要求是可以不短路的,但是01版的就要短路了)?
对于热敏电阻:
Positive temperature coefficient resistors are not short-circuited if they are used within the
manufacturer's specification. However, PTC-S thermistors are short-circuited unless they
comply with IEC 60738-1.
PTC-S是一种什么样子的热敏电阻?短路热敏电阻的理由是什么?按道理失效热敏电阻的理由更充分啊.

你们产品在电路设计上不合理,短路压敏电阻后,及时外部FUSE接的再大也会跳闸,简单的解决方法就是去掉压敏电阻,当然这样会影响EMC测试,看你们的运气了
