灯具爬电距离问题

现有一类灯具产品,电源输出端与输入端有隔离,输出电压49V,请问输出部分(线路板和元器件)到灯具铝壳之间有没有电气/爬电的要求?
按照附录M,应该是电气0.2mm,爬电1.2mm。但是条款中又说No values are specified for working voltages below 25 V r.m.s. and 60 V d.c. as the test voltage of Table 10.2 is considered sufficient.那就是说如果耐压能过,就没有电气/爬电的要求。

结合下 5.3.1.5 和 8.2.3 条款进行考虑 ——
5.3.1.5 The SELV current-carrying parts do not have to be insulated. However, if insulation is
applied, they shall be tested as mentioned in Section 10.

8.2.3 c) SELV circuits may have exposed current carrying parts under the following conditions.
– For ordinary luminaires:,
• the voltage under load does not exceed 25 V r.m.s. or 60 V ripple-free d.c. and
• the no-load voltage does not exceed 35 V peak or 60 V ripple-free d.c.
where the voltage exceeds 25 V r.m.s. or 60 V d.c., the touch current does not exceed:
• for a.c.: 0,7 mA (peak);
• for d.c.: 2,0 mA.
If the voltages or currents exceed the values given above, at least one of the conductive
parts in the SELV circuit shall be insulated by insulation capable of withstanding a test
voltage of 500 V r.m.s. for 1 min.
– For luminaires which are other than ordinary the nominal voltage (under load and under
no load) does not exceed 12 V r.m.s. or 30 V ripple-free d.c.. When the luminaire is
opened for light source replacement, the voltage limits for ordinary luminaires are
applicable (for parts only accessible during maintenance).

首先,隔离不等于selv;selv 60V以下是没有爬电和电气间隙的要求;
如果不是selv,我们是一般是这样处理,<220V,按220V考核;大于220V,按实际电压考核。
ps,注意爬电和电气间隙的一个是峰值一个是 有效值

隔离+输出电压小于120Vdc=安全隔离吗?

不等于,还要符合19510.14 爬电、附录I,电气强度等试验

隔离电源,输出电压小于120Vdc,就是SELV. 当电压小于60V时,不考虑距离,只打耐压即可.
