Explanatory Notes:
The compliance requirements suggest that, in case of doubt additional tests are required to
ensure the integrity. Where examination of the data and the test results cause concern then
further tests are needed at 40°C ambient followed by measurements of the concerned area for
the creepage and clearance distances.
