关于DOP，有两个问题，麻烦大家帮忙解答。
) N, m$ n" L% `& ]1）新标准的Dop日期之后，Dow之前，产品还能不能按旧标准申请认证？
2）新标准的Dop日期之后，Dow之前，如果由于产品的结构改变，需要更新已有的报告，能否不考虑新标准，只在旧标准的报告上更新报告？

(4) Date of publication (dop) latest date by which an EN has to be implemented at national level by publication of an identical national standard or by endorsement
各成员国出版或采用为国家标准的最晚日期，同时也是标准的生效日期。

应该是可以的  新标准实施之后也会给予一段过度期
