如图，小推车，需要做EN71-1测试，我列了一下我认为需要做的地方，请各位帮忙点评指正一下，哪需要加，或那里不需要的，谢谢。该车预计给3-5岁儿童使用，限重50KG，由成人组装，这些内容在车身警告标签以及说明书上的警告都有。

This requirement does not apply to the friction surfaces of braking mechanisms, toy skateboards or roller skates.（d）tricycles provided with an attached handle used for pushing the child, shall be constructed in such a way as to prevent entrapment of the child’s feet in the pedals etc. while being pushed (e.g. free-wheeling
mechanism or foot rests).
