194 Manufacturing and Production Tests
194.1 General
( h7 p' K4 D4 q, J* r- K194.1.1 The following test described in 194.2 applies to portable luminaires having accessible dead metal parts or low circuits. Compliance criteria is described in 194.3.
% J* p- ]; t4 }' U2 u  z: v194.1.2 A dielectric test shall also be conducted on portable luminaire subassemblies that are shipped with factory made wiring connections.
194.2 Test method

Exception No. 3: When a portable luminaire employs a solid-state component that in not relied upon to reduce the risk of electric shock, and is capable of being damaged by the dielectric potential, the test is to be conducted before the component is electrically connected. In this case, a sample is to be selected at random from production each day and tested at the potential specified in 194.2.2. The circuitry is to be rearranged as required for the purpose of the test to reduce the risk of solid-state-component damage while retaining the representative dielectric stress of the circuit.

( y5 V# e/ F8 X- ^+ V. D根据楼主所说的情况，只能说你的产品可以通过抗电强度测试，安规测试里面还有很多测试，都能通过的话也只能说产品在电气安全方面是合格的，不会出现安全事故，至于说你的产品整体来讲是否合格，那就要看你自己的要求了。如果我是生产厂的QA，这样的产品是不会让它出货的。产品满足标准所规定的要求只是最基本的，最终还是要得到客户的满意才算合格。

同意此观点!电气安全是产品最基本的，产品功能与性能也需要有的啦!请问楼主，您愿意买个不能制冷制热的空调吗？您愿意购买不能发热的是电吹风吗？

真得不好说，你的漏电流等等参数又如何呢？有没有标准尚不允许的危险产生呢？
