Job Responsibility        
        
5 {# I" I% n6 I+ ]  K0 V. V    Develops and recommends short and long-range objectives consistent with corporate guidelines and initiatives for assigned area.
3 ?$ n, B; ~+ K" }: r. M+ F    Develops and recommends budgets for assigned area and conducts activities in accordance with corporately established plans and budgets.
    Manages activities of assigned area toward accomplishment of established business unit objectives.
8 y. o" @: {/ c9 `& T/ B    Reviews organization and staffing plans in assigned area to achieve established business unit objectives.
8 h' C6 \& h/ L) b; n) r& |    Manages staff development activities and implementation of reengineering activities in assigned area.
    Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.

    Generally five years of related experience.
•    Be Familiar with the Principle and Construction of at least one of the following products:
o    Office automation equipment, power supply, telecommunication equipment etc.
' j0 ~) N, M# z1 Co    Wire & Cable, Industrial Control Equipment.
o    Household appliance such as air-conditioner, refrigerator, water cooler, heating appliance, and cooking appliance.

Additional Skills/Requirements        
        
    Solid experience gained from testing laboratory products and in-depth knowledge of the industry and trend.
- @( o& l) }* z  S* q, d' S    Familiar with international testing standards.
    Chinese reading, fluency in both English and Mandarin are preferred.
7 a( e. G, h  x    Mature and independent.
' {; w. j: X% Z$ q, N3 y; q# O    Good communication, customer focus and time management skills.
