对于IEC60335-1其实个人觉得最重要的几个关键词: 带电部件 可触及部件 还有绝缘/器具的分类几个概念。

对于任何一个产品,我们第一步要确定的是绝缘的类型:basic/supplementary/reinforced(double) insulation. 在对此判定的前面,我们必须考虑器具的类型(class 0, I, II III)。$ Q( T0 U: b2 m1 I
以我们熟悉的无线水壶为例子。以(Strix connector), 带地线.金属外壳,我们的第一印象,Class I appliance.

For reinforced insulation, the higher step limit apply from table 16, that means the value for Overvoltage 4000V applies, it is 3.0mm

there are two limit existed, 4.0mm for general basic insulation and 1.0mm for tubular heater.
