对于任何一个产品,我们第一步要确定的是绝缘的类型:basic/supplementary/reinforced(double) insulation. 在对此判定的前面,我们必须考虑器具的类型(class 0, I, II III)。! p( [1 v+ J( G: C& F" T+ S$ d
以我们熟悉的无线水壶为例子。以(Strix connector), 带地线.金属外壳,我们的第一印象,Class I appliance.

for basic insulation: see table 17, usaally we can determine the appliance pollution degree from concerned part 2( see -2-15 for kettle), it is pollution degree IIII. and material group IIIa/IIIb.
