这句话不是说只有一路电源输出,而是一次只是变换一个直流或交流电压,类似于一次电源的意思.
比如你用线性变压器把AC220变成AC30,再经过稳压电路或又DC-DC变换器变成12V就不是标准适用的电源,虽然你可能最终输出只有一个电压.
我个人的理解.

这个地方颇有争议,

我无法理解二楼的话.

如此的经过线性电源得到的DC电压是否都不适用此标准呢? 如只经过简单的整流.

正如楼主说的2.条，CEC只针对单组输出，如果楼主做双绕组是可以不用做的。
