不需要安规电容，但是做认证时，一般会控制其电容参数，比如额定电压，容量，温度；
3 v  \8 K' W" Y* T, i举个例子，一般的小夜灯或者非隔离的电源，保险丝之后，很多采用的都是阻容降压方式工作的；直接用一个CBB电容并电阻然后带灯珠，即可正常工作。

这里强调的是L与L之间，L与N之间的绝缘是功能绝缘，而不在于电容前端是否有电阻，所以我个人认为嘴跨接在L与L之间或L与N之间的电容仍然是安规电容，需要符合IEC 60384-14的要求。
