Screws and nuts are tested if they are

The screws or nuts are tightened and loosened without jerking:

必须适用，28章第一句就已经说明了：
28.1 Fixings, the failure of which may impair compliance with this standard, electrical

这个章节是针对电气连接和接地连接的螺丝的。其他合盖螺丝，根本扯不上！！
) U# v* \' Y; _3 K6 h) ]- y1 X而且电磁炉本来设计就是类似一次性产品，还维修什么！！一般顶多清洁而已，说明书没有指示——要拆机的！！
