10.1.1 Compliance shall be checked by inspection and the following:

問題一我的理解:對於插頭帶3芯有接地線者將其線裁成150mm，在插頭的接地PIN與接地芯線末端，施加AC12V以下25A電流60S，其阻抗須在0.05歐姆以下! 其要求所說的就是指提及的插頭接地PIN與接地芯線末端金屬導體處。

要求为：The resistance between the earthing terminal or termination and any other nominated metal part shall not exceed 0.05 欧

7 b1 `+ F2 \, I9 q9 e1 Y3 x) P即接地端子或端头与其它规定为接地部件之间的接地电阻不大于0.05欧姆。这与IEC60884-1一致。

而前面是接地导线最远端与接地插销最远端，及接地导线最远端与其它接地部件。

如果按要求来说，用接地电阻仪的两个夹子一个夹在接地端子或端头上，另一夹子夹住插头接地插销或其它接地金属部件，根本没涉及到接地导线。

1.插頭接地端子的金屬末端到接地導線的末端，這是b)項所講的內容，而其後又有1)、2)的補充條件，要看你實際測試的產品是怎樣，依照條件去測試，不是執著在<The resistance between the earthing terminal or termination and any other nominated metal part shall not
' U" n7 F2 ]# d$ Nexceed 0.05Ω >這段話!!  不同的產品可能會有不同的加工部件，所以不會剛好只有銅導線，像螺絲、圓盤端子等加工部件就是了，標準只是講測試原則。只要最終的兩端阻抗在0.05Ω 以下就是合格的。
