Question:' P6 n0 K0 J4 Y" d
In § 4 of IEC 61048 and in § 3 of IEC 61049 rules for the sampling plan are provided. Beside the main& G f9 {& |4 q& g
rule, the following additional statement is given: “The capacitor with the maximum capacitance per unit9 z) ?0 I. ?% H! h! |- T) S- b
surface area shall also be tested if this ratio exceeds that of the maximum capacitance value in the range* K6 |) L7 C8 Z
by 10% or greater. Similarly, the capacitor with the minimum capacitance per unit area shall also be tested4 d& a- g) k8 z+ J& @8 b
if this ratio is less than that of the minimum capacitance value in the range by 10% or greater”.4 o4 Q/ A+ N$ a+ b! {' \) T
Nevertheless, the sampling plan is not well specified when the above case occurs. What is the composition: ~- r) B% Y# b3 _: H% j9 K
of the final sampling plan for tests?% ?% ~# R2 U- l* I7 {
