Decision:
' T) l; [ n/ `6 N' RThe requirements of sub clause 8.2.1 shall be applied also for luminaires with LEDs. The LEDs unit,
: g* F8 n& q& \& l, \1 \/ _3 K% gindependent whether connected to the internal supply with terminals or connectors, shall be seen as a/ B: c2 Y ^' n" h: R
replaceable light source according to the requirements of the standard. In other cases (if not replaceable U8 \; ^" z- L i3 q
and/or not fed by a SELV source) it shall not be possible to open the lamp compartment with normal tools
