We have a luminaire with the ballast fixed to the metal reflector inside the body in thermoplastic material and provided with a glass diffusor.
+ }5 k8 [3 n7 d$ P1) During the check of compliance, can we consider constructive measures according to 4.15 a) or do we have to perform the test prescribed in 12.7.1?3 z9 ]; F, k+ K" H! v! m" \
2) In case of application of 12.7.1 and observing negative results, can we accept that the luminaire doesn’t become dangerous due to the fact that the glass diffusor keeps the ballast inside the luminaire?

1) To evaluate constructive measures (4.15 a), the test of 12.7.1 should be conducted.
( X& K( R/ x: p5 K! r+ A, z2) Even if the glass diffusor keeps the ballast inside the luminaire, the test is failed (the ballast shall remain in place).
