– by an assessment of the thermal quality of the material combined with an electric strength

consisting of a single layer, by measurement in accordance with 29.3.4, or9 ?# t. l& Z1 ~ n" W" t4 L2 N
– as specified in Subclause 6.3 of IEC 60664-4 for insulation that is subjected to any
% C v/ M. u, G; \ m; g _' s7 X$ hperiodic voltage having a frequency that exceeds 30 kHz.' k! K. t+ Q# B
29.3.1 The thickness of the insulation shall be at least

– 2 mm for reinforced insulation.

Clause 19. At the end of the period, the insulation is subjected to the electric strength test of" F* B" `& {0 d9 F. q
16.3 at the conditioning temperature and also after it has cooled down to room temperature.* d% ]& F6 v" d" k8 U5 U) W
If the temperature rise of the insulation measured during the tests of Clause 19 does not* l: B9 P/ @1 t
