use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
( H, V+ K8 b2 q4 V2 U! ncapabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
+ L% D& \+ Y1 Z5 u4 g0 mappliance." otherwise its substance should be surely kept.
Also the manufacturer can always go further than required by the standard.
