Objectives:
/ E& M, D% i/ |, T G/ J6 Q- Perform inspection according to the inspection offer and related documents /files
% M0 f o6 R$ a% \7 [1 @. V0 s9 b2 ^9 p; v, N" o! c/ F
Duties & Responsibilities:$ {% y( p$ R7 D5 x7 X: e- V
- Communicate with the inspection coordinator to make sure fully understanding the requirements on our offer (clients’ special requirements, sample size, safety standards, technical documents etc.);
$ k5 x9 h3 l ]# y. M- C- Inspection preparation (inspection tools, history record etc.);% U. p) M# Y% |3 t4 q3 G+ p
- Carry out the product inspection according to the requirements of the client / safety standards /LCIE China protocol /LCIE China checklist can finish independently and issue report in time;' c0 }/ V4 o* g* z
- Prepare the inspection report and make the impartial conclusion;2 u- B8 ?; _& y- F2 V9 \
- Communicate with the factory representative about the defects found during inspection and inspection conditions in factory;3 p _4 E/ y/ J8 m4 C$ H: H
- Report the unexpected matter in time during inspection to inspection manager or related inspection coordinator;
. s$ [, Y0 U* Q( c# a- Perform sample control according to the requirements of the client / safety standards / LCIE China protocol / LCIE China checklist in office and issue report in time;
K& \; s' S z* d+ @+ h6 I- Support the test team to finish the testing and issue report in time;7 R. B. c$ j5 I0 y( W) N. l8 [
- Subcontracting the marking review to Technical team;- h, f$ P$ W/ ^$ P
- Finish the tasks assigned by inspection manager;6 k' y l' s+ _: ?
- Keep the inspection tools in good condition;. ^/ J6 A1 w4 h7 a% I) g6 T6 e: D' R
- Participate the discussion of standard, compiling and updating check list;
- I4 t, @% j! U- E4 V% J3 U9 c. |7 S$ W- Comply with the Quality procedures;6 j; q6 T! Q8 o& d: ~3 a3 a
2 n, {# w# E8 Z6 F9 a. w4 V2 R8 xSkills and Requirements:6 D& ]( G$ O8 J5 K/ k4 m" V
- Understand the inspection procedures;* c/ V9 K$ S5 m% N
- Basic inspection skills (knowledge of the product concerning the function & safety standards, knowledge of inspection tools and instruments);
7 O9 i& @( E) @' l7 E: }- Be able to do inspection independently;0 i, z6 f+ p9 R
- Can work under pressure (supplier /factory…);
- m( S1 `$ C7 r7 X9 @- Strong communication skills with client/ supplier /factory /inspection engineer /other staff;6 M, D! M) R7 ?( e3 O& e/ p
- Willing to travel frequently& z6 ?& o7 a# p8 U/ s* ]3 O* W% z
1 u! G2 t2 S1 ^( C: d* }" y. v9 VEducation & Experience:
8 M% ?- r! o" ~; ?3 L- K- Bachelor degree major in Electrical / Mechanical or similar fields;( j+ [- M- H: m. ^
- 2-3 years of experiences in quality control on electrical /mechanical products;: P; U G; W/ ^" M6 ^
- Good mandarin, English CET-4 or above, be able to read and write related inspection reports /safety standards;
. @' b2 p5 S9 o: E- Good knowledge of the office software, e.g. Word, Excel…. K! E2 C* M4 Y' R
