只有满足两点才适用:1.非自复位热断路器 2.通过切断电源复位。
最近遇到一个产品，家用电热加湿机，用了这样的非自复位热断路器——当它达到设定温度动作后自身还会一直产生一定热量，保持它不会复位，需要通过切断电源或拨掉插头，冷却后才会复位。

* S$ J$ y* d/ t% v% n比较可知，thermal link只是一种特殊的thermal cut-out（只动作一次且需替换）， thermal link也符合non-self-resetting thermal cut-out的定义。再形象点，如果把thermal cut-out比作马，thermal link 属于母马而且还是白马的话，non-self-resetting thermal cut-out就是白马（包括公白马和母白马）。

第二个问题，热熔体（温度保险丝）是否要去加入7.12.6警告语？
回答是不需要，因为它不是通过断电来重置的（热熔体需替换来重置）。
7.12.6 If a non-self-resetting thermal cut-out is required in order to comply with the
standard then the instructions for appliances incorporating a non-self-resetting thermal cutout
that is reset by disconnection of the supply mains shall contain the substance of the

热熔断体不属于非自复位热断路器

热熔体（thermal link）：只能一次性工作，事后要求部分或全部更换的热断路器。
非自复位热断路器：要求手动复位或更换部件来懒得电流的热断路器。
