但是，我怎么都分不清，什么是Class 2，哪位大哥解释一下？

CLASS Ⅱ插头是双插
CLASS Ⅰ插头是三插(含接第插)

是不是输出高于60V 时就不能过UL1310了，如果输出高于60V如何过1012呢

你拿欧洲概念和我说美国标准，我更糊涂了。我查NFPA 70-2008的725.2 Definitions.如下：
