我想请问一下，UL的档案维护费用是在年初三月份的时候就交清一年的费用吗？还是怎么滴？

Yes,the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) is billed on January 31 of each year. The AMF is based on a graduated scale tied to the number of files that are established for each Applicant/Manufacturer combination. The Annual Maintenance Fee contributes to the following:
/ l3 M" {5 l( |. G0 M- q8 Y•    Support and maintenance of our UL’s databases and other systems regarding UL Listings, Recognitions and Classifications.
8 e6 @5 H7 w" f•    Mailings of information to clients relative to surveillance activities.
•    Assistance by office and field staff with technical questions that clients and Field Representatives may have during inspections.

( V% Q8 B3 k, [8 b: o  W6 MThe AMF is globally uniform (although there may be some slight geographic based variances due to local currency exchange rate issues) but all clients share in a prorated portion of the activities explained above. The AMF is based on the applicant - file number count per manufacturing location.

UL一般会在每年1月份出年费收费帐单，企业收到年费帐单一般也就是2，3月份。
+ X, V* C" g! F# V0 G9 O收到后，建议立即支付。因为UL发票都是见票即付，且有付款期限，如果超过期限，
4 w3 G- [9 g: R* ]: bUL就会给你发催款通知。如果拖欠费用时间过长，UL档案就有暂停的可能性。
