Yes,the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) is billed on January 31 of each year. The AMF is based on a graduated scale tied to the number of files that are established for each Applicant/Manufacturer combination. The Annual Maintenance Fee contributes to the following:

• Assistance by office and field staff with technical questions that clients and Field Representatives may have during inspections.

( V% Q8 B3 k, [8 b: o W6 MThe AMF is globally uniform (although there may be some slight geographic based variances due to local currency exchange rate issues) but all clients share in a prorated portion of the activities explained above.
