表2C中的一个疑惑

这段话怎么理解？！？！？假设我一个供电端口。。。电压12V，保险丝额定值1.25A， 我在端口加负载直到3A才跳掉。。。。这符合表2C么？！？！？

谁能说说，有过流装置的怎么才算LPS呢？！？！

那么表2C右边两栏Apparent power c d以及Current rating of overcurrent protective device e可以不考虑？！？！？！
