Responsibilities:

7 a) m$ N# a7 H, {5 ? J8 d Direct supervision of production team members including scheduling, training, attendance, goal setting, and time off.
+ N8 p0 ~; N7 q' M' l Manage relationship with UL and other testing laboratories. X$ r9 S/ M* X" x
Work closely with Production Planning to manage scheduling and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.
& p2 U' b6 I A( [- p7 k) ^; ] Maintain an efficient work schedule to meet production demand.8 M: [1 N. I: ^
Manage and update all changes to production work procedures.$ b; A8 ?9 u. j1 b, Y! v3 E
Responsibility for safety of production activities and team members.* c8 l) L3 r% s1 K7 k$ a
Work closely with all production support staff to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our operations.2 h: }% ?1 Y# H; z1 z a
Management responsibility for all manufacturing related transactions to ensure accurate data.& P+ z$ P! i. ^ U
0 P$ r- ?% [" k/ u9 ?( [, T, {' {& hExperience and Skills Required:: u7 \& \9 l' x1 K" Y6 a
; d2 u, b; j0 b D3 c6 o8 N 5+ years of experience in relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
8 u$ W) v( z, i- F Must have manufacturing experience, with a focus on decorative lighting for Christmas, lawn/garden, LED and Solar power.9 |! `4 M) P R7 }; ^
Familiarity with UL 588

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
