发现一个误区, 大家请注意, non-detachable part 和not datachable的定义范围是不同的,不要翻成中文统统成了不可拆卸部件就混为一谈了.

不可拆卸部件：像电脑小音响,一般与外壳连在一起,你是拔不出来的.

可拆卸部件分：
（1）在说明书中明确告知用户 （而非安装人员）要打开的均属于可拆部件，既使需使用工具。
（2）不需工具就可拆开的

咨询了技术经理后，理清了，给有同样疑问的朋友做个参考：
& g$ u5 p& _- r3 P, I: J5 @3.6.2中说的是：在使用时需要拆卸掉的部件，就认为是可拆卸部件。
NOTE 1中 的安装过程中拆卸掉的部件不认为可拆卸部件。
NOTE 3中 的可以打开是指使用时需要打开的部件（比如冰箱、微波炉的门）也认为是可拆卸部件。

还有3.6.2中的NOTE 3该怎么理解？

而根据3.6.1： 不可拆卸部件是指：只有使用工具才能移开或者打开的部件或能通过22.11测试的部件

下面对此作一个说明，（可能没有标准说得那么严谨）

  b$ |8 B: I9 b$ S可拆卸部件：不借用工具就能取下，或按使用说明书可以被取下（可以使用工具）。

( ?& N" ~& c% _9 [" I0 q总结：按使用说明书的说明来使用工具取下的部件，可以算作可拆卸部件。
