现在抛出问题 ;我的充电器输出端子插入电池座是不可触摸的,输出是 29.4V 2A,正常异常测试输出都小于42.4V,

但莱茵按照 safety isolating transformer的定义 一定要求我变压器输出端要小于42V,才能做60335-2-29的GS,我个人7 I" {" `2 S* a5 d; ^9 o! S& m# w; N
觉得很没道理,这个地方的safety isolating transformer 不能这么理解,还请各位发表下看法,以便我能找到更好的依据,多谢!!!!!
