Based on the definition in clause 3.8.2 and taking into account that a stand-by position is not always marked or identified, there is a need to differentiate the "off" and "stand-by" circuits. Differention shall be done at least in tests of clauses 19.11.2 and 22.46, in the appliance in which 19.11.2 is applicable in stand-by mode according to the relevant parts 2./ l5 |$ }9 g$ S7 n3 R. T
We would like to know if the stand-by circuit includes those parts that are energized when the appliance is in "0" position?

It was agreed that in terms of clause 19, the meaning of "off" correspond to circuits or components that are not energized at any of their terminals.4 V1 O% K* @( X+ X
