1. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions

latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
. Y' G+ y. ]% ]4 l3 ^/ b. uThey shall apply those provisions with effect from 29
7 E. H3 b/ H: W/ u; O" rDecember 2009.
; k1 o1 k9 y4 b. j; y' i/ hWhen Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain
. [ p" \, k- x! Ta reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such1 V$ H) v! g& t0 J8 b* j8 Q4 k
reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member
: M4 q" `6 j: S5 V9 JStates shall determine how such reference is to be made.

text of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the

Until 29 June 2011 Member States may allow the placing on0 I, R9 n0 d0 S# z

fixing and other impact machinery which are in
: I' U/ n6 k$ Xconformity with the national provisions in force upon adoption0 q: E, e) @8 F0 C6 |, |! Y: w

Article 28

This Directive shall enter into force on the 20th day following
