Yes,the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) is billed on January 31 of each year. The AMF is based on a graduated scale tied to the number of files that are established for each Applicant/Manufacturer combination. The Annual Maintenance Fee contributes to the following:% ?; [8 a _. }% L# U5 Y0 s
• Support and maintenance of our UL’s databases and other systems regarding UL Listings, Recognitions and Classifications.

• Assistance by office and field staff with technical questions that clients and Field Representatives may have during inspections. * R, p1 E2 i, |" r/ u5 {' s6 u

The AMF is globally uniform (although there may be some slight geographic based variances due to local currency exchange rate issues) but all clients share in a prorated portion of the activities explained above. The AMF is based on the applicant - file number count per manufacturing location. |
