Production Manager  (Located In Yancheng, Jiangsu Province)
Responsibilities:

$ K7 ^) T9 x; U4 a6 i7 Q; @    Direct supervision of production team members including scheduling, training, attendance, goal setting, and time off.
  g( v) t0 m$ t; g4 A9 f7 S! o2 k    Manage relationship with UL and other testing laboratories
    Work closely with Production Planning to manage scheduling and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.
    Maintain an efficient work schedule to meet production demand.
6 J; ]3 s1 I. }' u/ t    Manage and update all changes to production work procedures.
- K# Z# P  j2 u$ R" K6 |    Responsibility for safety of production activities and team members.
    Work closely with all production support staff to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our operations.
    Management responsibility for all manufacturing related transactions to ensure accurate  data.

Experience and Skills Required:

! C/ e' ^" g% B+ _2 ]* q3 r    5+ years of experience in relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
    Must have manufacturing experience, with a focus on decorative lighting for Christmas, lawn/garden, LED and Solar power.
: F# l0 D0 M4 \0 R5 E! t8 e    Familiarity with UL 588
    High level of initiative, organization, accuracy, and judgment
' Z$ K1 X1 {0 \' y3 @9 s    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Self starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    Ability to build professional relationships with a varied number of team members
    Persistence, motivation, and professionalism to find answers and solve problems
    Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
