Responsibilities:
; L5 P5 U4 n- d2 [3 m& m! Q( R4 K1、Make production plans according to the direction of production manager and the demands from market. Investigate and analysis the completion of tasks.0 r6 K$ T8 b4 r9 z, j7 s" N* m
2、Supervise the process on-site. Control the cost and make relevant plans.
" F8 B8 o7 M: H7 J3、Help the manager balancing the annual working plans. Make known to lower levels the monthly plans$ p$ P4 R3 n2 [
4、With the cooperation of HR dept., organize the hiring, training, assessment and management works.' e' h- p! r1 y( @: Z9 H7 k
5、Help the manager drawing dept. budget. Examine and approve the cost in every taches.1 Q4 z+ ]8 h4 j( A- D
6、Cooperate with the R. & D. dept. to develop new product. Improve technologies and working process. Improve quality.& ]9 e8 i5 z6 u4 @
7、 Help the manager doing management works and improve the management system.. r" O4 a$ C8 L& G/ m- p
Qualification for the position:
% h7 v& R1 n; u3 }( o) R9 VEducational background :' ^* g' `! p: Q# \$ H" s# U
Undergraduate and above, mechanics, electronics or relevant majors.
7 }+ Z$ A0 \1 r) lTraining experience: 4 j8 j- A+ b2 i& X/ ^* h, y
Have corresponding training/working experience in project management and knowledge about products.
: ^% _, d+ p+ i7 RWorking Experience:, C ^4 s* @* I9 i8 R
3-5 years on relevant positions

Familiar with the process procedures and principles of company products. Familiar with the material supply channel. Familiar with the quality standard. Can operate relevant computer software. A good command of English.2 |7 z$ U/ N; j
