1. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions
4 |: k3 G1 t) E+ E( A, W- V# _necessary to comply with this Directive by 29 June 2008 at the# S$ u$ t: Z' f1 ~& o/ Z- G
latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.6 b" U% y( @6 I
They shall apply those provisions with effect from 29
1 o F9 K& k% J$ p1 h( w" U( _0 t+ CDecember 2009.6 y% O. K3 t5 D
When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain
& G/ ~& U4 X' N2 t) T7 h- x6 Ja reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such- \: m7 @; s6 a3 e7 M
reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member& e9 i7 |! f8 d8 ?. h) P0 m* J9 ^5 L
States shall determine how such reference is to be made.

text of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the

how the provisions of this Directive correspond to the national' l) P N: s2 l. s$ X
provisions adopted.

Until 29 June 2011 Member States may allow the placing on$ @0 t: a. n5 T: J ~1 @+ P u
the market and the putting into service of portable cartridgeoperated

Entry into force
