"UL LLC" 就是UL公司啊, LLC 是指 "Limited liability company"

UL在2012年底成立了两家盈利的子公司UL LLC 和UL AG。原文如下：
A few weeks ago, a communication was sent to your company about our plans to create new for-profit entities to support our global growth efforts and to structure operations to serve our customers more effectively. As a result of changing our organizational structure, several additional corporate entities will become operational on December 31, 2011, including a new U.S. company named UL LLC and a new Swiss company named UL AG. These two companies will assume Underwriters Laboratories Inc.’s (UL) and UL International Services B.V.’s (ULIS BV) testing, certification and most other services. UL, our parent organization, will remain not-for-profit and will be responsible for our safety research, development of standards and consumer safety advocacy.
