在IEC61558里,这点是很明确的,但UL5085-3标准里就不太明白;- h( s& z% s* q% l6 W( N3 c
现在我们有一款UL5085-3的变压器,在25°C下进行冷态短路测试出现冒烟流脓现象(保护装置失灵),
% B3 [( ~. f6 n, m; m1 B% n1 J 而在105°C环境温度下进行温升稳定以后再热态短路测试就是正常的(正常保护了),2 b! c5 d- L5 H% ^' E1 I; S7 a4 ^

33.1 General

in Clauses 33.2.1 – 33.2.8, asspecified in Tests in Clause 18.

33.1.2 The temperature rises specified shall be based on an assumed ambient temperature of 25°C
( ]4 X8 I s" w7 y% T- C(77°F), but a test may be conducted at any ambient temperature of 21 – 30°C (70 – 86°F).
