, K& k7 L | N* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education
: t) S& h3 E/ ]% z* R5 i* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance! J( K! f4 u; p5 X M. C7 L
* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods; Q& E1 D) C& h
* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards
" v6 c! B8 p. B0 L; _4 G& m* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process
, Q( ?, r+ ~: L2 K- j: s+ M/ }8 ~* Secure the test lead times) C0 n7 `5 _. |5 D5 [' g! n
* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment
a9 @$ p2 X& {0 O4 K; \* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.. P; l+ S' A/ y
* Initiate & follow up external lab tests. P- m, U/ Y4 B, E! l: l# a7 s; Z- G1 s
* Check all children and baby samples according to our children & baby safety requirements.- `, O& I! W q* _+ v# {
* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.1 e3 g. l5 t4 S9 S, E& o' ]0 |* C
* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.
8 w& {2 R- a. \0 B$ h5 E+ {2 ]* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations
% E$ D& w9 p8 V4 @* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions J6 e% p5 V- n# l/ p
* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment
" Q+ i# e( Q K1 R$ a3 [* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
) \. |. n6 B X8 G; q L3 m* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs0 Z8 y; u& G; y1 J
0 D, V# Q0 V5 X6 N& O- l0 P. f/ r9 u9 G- w# L6 C( [
Main Requirement7 q' O: a; y& v5 _! _
* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering' k% I5 \" q2 A/ z: A
* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry- U A* G9 l o9 C8 ~4 Y; |
* Good command of written and oral English
