    EN（欧洲）规格：将空载电压不超过12V及不小于10A的电流加载于可触金属及接地端子之间，测得的地阻不得大于0.5Ω。

请问为什么要同时施加电压和电流？

此要求是灯具的要求哟！家电的是0.1Ω。没有同时的呀！空载不超过１２Ｖ，测试时能是１２Ｖ吗？但是电流必须保证１０Ａ哟！！！！

A current derived from a source having a no-load voltage not exceeding 12 V (a.c. or d.c.) and

标准只是说从空载电压不超过12V的电源取得电流,电流值等于1.5倍的额定电流或者25A(取较大值).
$ S$ D  B5 V% j: M测试时施加的是电流,读到是是电压.通过计算能得到电阻..并不是同时施加电压和电流.

是我的失误,没有看清楚版块,就把条款贴出来了.我在这里道歉.
9 H- b) y/ N7 o: C6 Q+ M9 t+ w& ]不过应该只是条款不适用,后面对测试的解释应该是一样的.
$ f. s& g% A: S& y; b5 h+ a5 J, k60598和60335对接地电阻的测试方法没什么区别.只是电流设置和限值不一样

不矛盾的，电流必须保证不小于10A，电压不大于12V,两者要同时满足

用标准的接地电阻测试仪就好了啊。。。就是根据标准要求而设计的仪器。。经济实用。。。。
